                    Development of High-Efficiency Recuperator by New


                        Heat Transfer Promoting Device at Continuous

                                                 Annealing Line


                   Abstract:In iron works,many heat recuperators that exchange between exhaust gas

                   and combustion air are utilized in order to advance energy saving at the continuous

 ᇏݓࣁඋ࿐߶
                   annealing line (CAL). This paper will present an investigation of the importance of
                   improving heat transfer performance of the recuperator by promoting turbulence of

                   outer surface recuperator. A new heat transfer-promoting device was developed that

                   advances heat transfer and satisfies the allowable pressure loss and reduces the

                   quantity of fuel gas by about 4%.
